SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, including your order details and a Track & Trace link.
  • If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

SHIPPING

  • We will ship the order within 1–3 business days.
  • Carriers: PostNL, DPD, UPS, DHL (selected based on destination and service speed).
  • Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties/taxes charged by the destination country.

Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You can return unused items within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including protective inserts) with proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For approved claims, we cover return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email INFO@SISISHOP.EU with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions (and a label if applicable).
  3. Pack items securely (fragile tableware must be well-cushioned). Keep the proof of postage until your refund is processed.

what if my package gets lost

  • Please send us an email at INFO@SISISHOP.EU and we'll have a look at it

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items can’t be returned unless faulty.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Product Notes (Tableware)

  • Minor variations in color, glaze, or texture are normal for ceramic/tableware production and are not considered defects.
